David and Victoria Beckham were among the first buyers at famed architect Zaha Hadid’s Miami skyscraper, One Thousand Museum, snapping up a $19.8 million penthouse shortly after the building opened in 2020.

Featuring Hadid’s signature fluid lines, the soaring condo tower is one of the last buildings the Pritzker Prize–winning architect designed before her sudden death in 2016 (and one of only two American residential projects her firm ever completed).
Its most striking feature is its fiberglass-reinforced exoskeleton, which spans the entire structure and reduces the need for interior columns.
Amenities in the luxury building—which is located across the street from the Phillip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science and the Pérez Art Museum Miami—include a rooftop helipad, aquatic center, and sundeck.
