BTS’ Jin Updates Fans on His Injured Finger
In March 2022, BTS member Jin suffered an injury to his left index finger that required surgery ¹ ² ³ ⁴ ⁵.
Jin reportedly injured his finger during his daily activities and was rushed to a nearby emergency room for examination and treatment ² ³. Doctors found that the tendons in his finger had been partially damaged and that surgery was required ¹ ² ³.
Jin underwent surgery to repair the extensor in his left index finger and was discharged from the hospital the next morning ² ³. His management company, HYBE, assured fans that the surgery went well and that Jin would be focusing on rest and treatment for a speedy recovery ² ³ ⁴.
The BTS ARMY rallied around Jin, wishing him a speedy recovery on social media ³.
In May 2022, Jin updated fans on the status of his finger, saying that he was well enough to play rock, paper, scissors ¹.
