Orlando Police Department says Man with No Hand and No leg is Armed and on the Run as they urge residents to be careful

Sean Petrozzino, who lost both his legs and hands – as well as parts of his arm – to bacterial meningitis is wanted by police to answer questions about the murder of his parents.

The 30-year-old has reportedly been on the run since the start of the week and is said to be armed.

Police say that the Disney World worker split from his wife and moved into his parents’ house last week but they were both found dead after mum Nancy failed to show up for work.

Petrozzino was last seen on Tuesday morning at an ATM machine and police are now appealing for anyone who has seen him to come forward.

They added that Petrozzino was not a suspect in the murder, but was a “person of interest” and was carrying a gun.
