Iverson was one of the most influential players in the game of basketball, bringing a swagger that was uncommon in the league while showing a ball-handling skillset the NBA had never seen.
The former NBA star retired from the NBA in 2010 after 14 years in the league. Amid his retirement from the NBA, Iverson is bringing his swag elsewhere. The Hall of Fame guard announced that he’s hosting a holiday party, coined “Home for the Holidays,” an all black party.
The doors are set to open at 8 p.m. ET on Dec. 24. It’s listed as a semi-formal event with tickets that are now available on Eventbrite. Allen Iverson’s party has an age restriction of people 30 and over. Allen Iverson shared the news on Instagram, where he has over 14.8 million followers.
The NBA legend often posts throwbacks from his playing days, photos of his current events and various announcements on his off-court arrangements.
