It’s unclear the reasoning for Stafford’s withdrawal, but considering how long the Rams’ season was, no one could blame him if he just wanted a break from football.This season, Stafford threw a league-high 46 touchdown passes and also led the NFL with 4,707 yards through the air.
He was named a first-team All-Pro and the PFWA MVP, turning in the best season of his career thus far. The Pro Bowl Games will take place on Tuesday night in San Francisco, with various skills challenges followed by a 7-on-7 flag football game. It will be broadcast on ESPN, starting at 8:15 p.m.
